TERMS OF LEASE

 

Rolloff 307 will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested when contacting us to set up the appointment. You must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same day swap out or pick up or a $100 same day service fee will apply. Additional days on your rental period will be $50 Per Day, starting on the 4th day until the roll-off is picked up. And a 7 Day limit or charges from the first day will repeat and charge the same standard drop off fee. 

 

Additional Charges:

 

All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, Rolloff 307shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs as well as lost revenue rental revenue for the period of time the dumpster is not able to be rented due to being repaired or replaced. Upon removal, the customer authorizes Rolloff 307 to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.

Exceeding stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $100per ton 

15 yard - 2000 lbs included ($60 per additional pounds over the included weight) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 6000 lbs or more. 

Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $100 to up $200 per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a roll-off on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge.

 Concrete, rocks, dirt, and other excessive heavy materials will not be permitted in the dumpster. You will be charged $100 a ton for Loads containing these items

REFRIGERATORS , we can take and dispose of refrigerators/freezers of the in district area but All doors must be removed and District personnel will evacuate the freon. A $60 charge will apply if doors are left on. In district charged $20/each. Out of District Disposal $45/each.

Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials may be billed at a rate plus a reasonable markup. 

In the event the dumpster is out of service for any period of timedue to damage or materials you placed in the dumpster you will be billed at $250 a day until the dumpster is back in service. You will also be billed 100% of the cost to repair the damage caused to the dumpster.  
 

The customer is not permitted to move the dumpster.  You will need to call GJ Roll Away and we will come and move it for you for $100 fee.  

 Blocked dumpsters for both drop off or pick up and or Dry Runs are a fee of $100.00. 

in the event that there is a fire in the dumpster during your rental the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value of the dumpster plus lost income while the dumpster is out of service. 
 

A $150.00 per hour fee will be charged to the customer if the driver has to wait to pick up or drop off a dumpster, or if access is blocked in any way.  

A Fee of $100.00 will be charged to the customer for moving the dumpster on the customers property

A fee of $200 will be charges to the customer for the dumpster to be moved to a different address

A fee of $200 will be charged for a dumpster swap  ( Drop an emty one and take the full on) All dump fees are paid by the customer

Termination: A $100.00 late cancellation fee will be charged to the customer if not canceled by 9:00am the day prior to delivery.

a 3% cancelation fee will be charged to credit card orders that need to be refunded 
 

A $100.00 fee will be charged if customer cancels durringdelivery

 

Excluded Waste Material

 

Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc. You will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if any of the listed products are found in the conatiner. Concrete and dirt can not be over 1/4 of a dumpster load

Sweetwater County Landfill does not accept the following items-

1. Batteries of any kind2. No Tires (not excepted to be brought in through our service)3. Mattresses & Box Springs can be recycled for $30 ea.4. Any type of Fuel (gas, diesel, propane or any other)5. Propane Tanks6. Asbestos7. Animal carcasses8. explosives9. septic tank pumpings10. Hot tar, adhesives, nulk liquids11. Medical waste that is biohazard12. Appliances containing freon or other refridgerant (refrigerators, freezers, a/c units) (need separated)13. Insecticides, peticides, herbicides14. Oil (motor, hydraulic, cooking)15. Paint, Stain, Varnish or any similar type of products16. TV's and electronic devices with circuit boards17. poision of any kind

 

Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste

Building Demolition - Permit is required in advance

BUSINESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OBTAIN COMPOST! NO OUT OF DISTRICT RESIDENTS OR BUSINESSES MAY OBTAIN COMPOST!

Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. Rolloff 307 shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer. 

Attorney's Fees

The customer is responsible for any and all legal fees if litigation is needed to enforce any part of this agreement. This is to include relief the court may award, expert witness costs, any expenses related to the litigation process, attorneys fees, 

 

Acknowledgement

 

Customer acknowledges that Rolloff 307 shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Rolloff 307 trucks serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.

 

Payment Terms

  Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, Rolloff 307 will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance. Customer authorizes Rolloff 307, to retain and charge the customer's credit card for all charges incurred by the customer, including but not limited to the initial charge, termination, prohibited materials, any weight overages and demurrage.  

 

No change to this contract will be valid unless approved by Rolloff 307 in Writing

 

By signing, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to terms listed in the entirety of the contract.
